Corneal surgery
In general, the cornea of people with keratoconus or keratoconus is weaker than other people. One of the most common procedures for removing glasses or correcting refractive errors for these people is removing glasses by cross linking.During the cross-linking procedure, the ophthalmologist uses riboflavin on the surface of the eye and then applies ultraviolet (UVA) light to eliminate corneal ecstasy (lack of clarity and blurred vision as a result of corneal swelling).
